What To Expect After You Make Contact

Schedule your complimentary initial consultation
I or a member of the team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours to schedule an initial consultation. This is an invaluable opportunity to understand your concerns, find out about your medical history, current skincare regime, make an assessment and recommendations and decide on a mutually agreed treatment plan.  

Book your treatment
We can then book an appointment to carry out the treatment. This provides you with peace of mind and a cooling off period to decide whether you would like to go ahead. We re-visit your treatment plan at each appointment to give you peace of mind, check whether anything has changed in your medical history and that you are happy to proceed.

Please note that if you decide to book a treatment, I charge a non-refundable deposit of £50 at the time of treatment booking which is redeemable against the full cost of treatment. Please note that the balance is due on the day of treatment.

Follow-up and review
I offer a follow-up appointment approximately 2 weeks after your treatment to review. I am happy to arrange this remotely, via video consultation if it is suitable and you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you decide to book a treatment, I charge a non-refundable deposit of £50 at the time of treatment booking which is redeemable against the full cost of treatment.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the booked appointment or a no-show will result in forfeit of the deposit. Treatment appointments may be re-scheduled with 48 hours notice. If a treatment is re-scheduled more than once, the £50 deposit with be forfeited.
